Mr. Snowman

Boohoo.com Sweater | Kmart Skirt | Jeffrey Campbell Shoes

Finally getting to take my little snowman sweater for a spin (haul-ed it here). Isn't he just adorable? I can't believe I never wore this little guy in London..where it actually snows aha. Anyone who lives in Melbourne will know that wearing a skirt with no tights is practically impossible because it's bloody freezing. No, 6 months of winter in London has not made me any more accustomed to the cold weather. I still hate it and probably hate it even more since I've literally had two weeks of sunshine all year.

ALSO, I'm thinking (have been thinking for about 3 months) of properly ombre-ing my hair - what do you think? Or has this trend been well overdone?

Anyway, on a lighter note, I need to get off my ass and get to a job interview. Finally, the retail universe has decided to throw some good fortune my way. Adios x

There's no place like home

Ebay Scarf | Taipei market Sweater | Zara Jeans | Miu Miu Bag | Primark Boots

I'm back - both on blogger and in Australia! I must admit, I really do miss London and having Europe at my fingertips but there's no place like home and after being away for a few months I've realised that it'll always be nice to come back. Having said that, I'm kind of itching to travel again..

Anyway, I've neglected this blog for almost a year now. Things got busy, a few major life changes happened but now I'm back to having a lot of time to myself. Too much, in my opinion. Don't you ever feel like you've accomplished nothing in life and you have no idea where you're going in the future? I literally wake up and don't know what I do. I need a purpose, haha. Bringing this blog back to life is one of the many little projects I have embarked on in attempt to bring meaning to my days - along with crazy fitness goals, a few sewing projects and a hopeless hunt for a job. Seriously, I have retail experience and full availability - somebody bloody hire me.

Ok, enough. What better way to resurrect my blog than with an outfit post. The bag, jeans and boots were all bought from my London trip. Funnily enough, they all came from different countries... the bag was a brilliant outlet find from Florence, the jeans were a Zara bargain from Madrid and the boots were purchased in lovely London. All you UK-readers, I LOVE PRIMARK.

And here are some close-ups of my new baby. It was super-discounted at the outlet because of the scratches. I didn't really mind, I'd probably scratch it anyway.

Fraswitzaly

These photos aren't in any sort of order according to country but if you can guess which one was taken where than kudos to you (minus the stupidly obvious ones). Just spent a couple of weeks in France, Switzerland and Italy. Finished my only exam for the semester. Said numerous sad goodbyes, and now it's time to head home. My posts have been completely out of whack for a while now but I'll get back into it when I get home, I swear!

Bye, London. I'm going to miss your miserable, grey, over-crowded magnificence. I hope I'll see you again sometime x

Haul - Boohoo & Primark

So here are my goodies in order:
Boohoo:
Jade Snowflake & Snowman Sweater £12
Adrianna Pin Stud Buckle Trim Western Ankle Boot £15

Primark (don't think they have official names?):
Studded strappy flats £10
Aztec print/Zara knock-off heels £12 - like these that are everywhere (but for much less hehe)

So pretty much, all of these items were a steal so I don't feel so bad for buying them. The boots are fan-fricking-tastic. Except that they turned my white socks black, but nothing major. Unfortunately the heels are as uncomfortable as they look but I knew that as soon as I tried them on - didn't stop me. Also, I'm wearing them write now, as I type, in vain hopes that I'll get used to the pain and be able to spend a whole night hobbling around in these beauties :)
